This is a standardized ordinance written by members of KOLA with help from KACO and KLC. Each section that is in blue is KRS and cannot be changed. We feel that the sections in black are pertinent to the administration of this ordinance. There are some sections which gives you options for your county. These sections have the word (or) between paragraphs and you will need to choose one or the other. Also put in local options in the exemptions section.
